CHEESE REGULATIONS GAZETTED TO-DAY.
(Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, December 22. Regulations under the Dairy Industry Act, dealing with the branding of cheese on the lines recently discussed in the industry, have been approved and issued in a Gazette Extraordinary. Thev provide for the recognition of a standardised milk cheese.
