EIGHT PORTS WILL BE REPRESENTED IN CORNWELL CUP RACE.
The secretary of the Canterbury Yacht and Motor Boat Club stated this morning that he had received official information from the secretary of the Takapuna Boat Club, Auckland, that representatives of the following ports will compete in the Cornwell Cup contest at Lyttelton: Manukau, Auckland, Tauranga, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, Macandrew’s Bay (Otago) and Lyttelton. . Whangarei competed aKthe contest held at Auckland last year, but it is understood that it will not be represented this year.
