HON W. B. TAVERNER TAKES FURTHER OFFICES.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, December 20. Sir Joseph Ward has announced that the Hon W. B. Taverner has been appointed Commissioner of State Forests, and also, in addition to his portfolios of Railways and Customs, he takes charge of the Publicity and Advertising Departments. No appointment has yet been made to the charge of Tourist and Health Resorts.
