ENTERTAINING FILM NOW SHOWING AT QUEEN’S THEATRE.
“ The Little Adf'enturess,” the principal attraction on the programme at the Queen’s Theatre this week, is a thoroughly entertaining comedy adapted from one of A. A. Milne’s plays. A venturesome girl artist, a bickering wife, an angry husband, a designing actor and a cynical bachelor are the characters, and the combination provides plenty of good humour. The picture provides a fine vehicle for Vera Reynolds, who plays the part of the artist in search of romance and adventure. Victor Varcone has the role of the bachelor. The second feature, "Silent Sanderson,” is a typical Western drama brimful of thrills and action. The supporting items on the programme are, as usual, numerous and varied.
