ORGAN RECITALS.
Dr Bradshaw will give organ recitals at the Anglican Cathedral on the next two Thursday evenings at eight o’clock. On Thursday next the following programme of Christmas music will be played: (a) Overture, and (b) Pastoral Symphony from the “Messiah” (Handel); (a) “Noel Ecossais ” (Scotch carol), and (b) Offertoire upon two Christmas Themes—“Adeste Fideles” and Normandy Carol (Guilmant) ; Noel, with Variations (Louis d’Aquin) ; chorus, “For Unto Us a Child is Born,” from the “Messiah” (Handel); “Rhapsodie surdes Cantiques Bretons” (Op. 7, No. 1) (Saint-Saens) ; sacred song, “Nazareth” (Gounod) ; “The Maxell of the Magi Kings” (Dubois); Hallelujah Chorus from the “Messiah” (Handel).
