DOMINION TOURNEY. ENTRIES FROM AUSTRALIA. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON*, December 17. The Dominion Bowling Association received 602 entries for the championship tournament, the entries being rinks 126: pairs 220; singles 256. Included are 116 entries from Australia as follows. Rinks, 16; pairs, 32; singles, 68. CHRISTCHURCH CENTRE. The monthly meeting of the Christchurch Bowling Centre was held last evening. Present—Messrs J. D. Colville (chairman), 11. F. Barnett, C. The. chairman extended a welcome to Mr Rose, who has recently returned from England. Correspondence was received in connection with the coming visit from a Melbourne team. The secretary said that the two rinks would leave Melbourne on December 19 and arrive at the Bluff about December 23. It was not yet known when the Melbourne players would arrive in Christchurch.
