CHRISTCHURCH TRAMPING CLUB HOLDS MEETING.
At its fourth annual meeting held ast night the Christchurch Tramping 'lub decided to change its name to he Canterbury Mountaineering and ■ ramping Club. Professor R. Speight presided over a ood attendance. The following officers were elected: ’resident, Professor R. Speight: viceMessrs P. R. Climie, A. D. .-obson, A E. Flower. W. A. Kennedy. S. D. Meares. Dr Teichelmann, E. Williams and G. Manning; secretary. Mr S. D. Meares: assistant secretary. Mr J. C. Tucker; treasurer, Mr C. W. Evans: official photographer. Mr W. A. Taylor; chief guide, Mr C. T. Thornon; committee, Messrs A. C. Lees, C. S. Fenwick, R. Chester, F. Milne, E. A. ayers and J. Mitchell; auditor, Mr C. 3 uchanan. It was decided to bold the Christmas amp at the head of the Waimakariri -liver. •
