COMPETITIONS ARE CONTINUED AT TIMARU FESTIVAL.

The annual festival of the Tiinaru Competitions Society was continued on Saturday, there being a very large attendance at the evening session in the Olympia Hall. The second day’s programme included a number of difficult items, but as was the case on the opening day, the competitors acquitted themselves creditably and patrons were treated to a first-class entertainment.
