Sir, —It is very gratifying to see by this 'morning’s paper that the Board of Health has expressed the opinion that additional conveniences are required in our city, and that there” is nothing to prevent the council carrying out this work out. of revenue Let us hope that our council will go ahead now and provide us with a Square which will be of real service to those coming into town. Might I suggest that the new shelter and conveniences be placed in the centre, with the north«bourid cars stopping at the west side and the south rars at the east side. I am, etc., cd s UTILITY.
