The annual report of’ the Christchurch Domains Board came in for praise at the meeting of the Canterbury Education Board yesterday. Mr W. H. Winsor. a member of both boards, stated that the report included a his tory of the development of the domains. It was prepared by Mr George Harper, the present chairman, who had known the Gardens from the time that they were sandhills. The report was a very valuable one, and its distribution among school children would give the rising generation an opportunity of visualising the great amount of work which the older generations had done for the common weal. The Education Board decided to obtain copies of the report for distribution to head masters and chairmen of school committees. ,
