CHRISTCHURCH CLUB

The Shirley foursome for the W. P. Anderson Challenge Cup was played at Shirley on Saturday, but it is still undecided, as four couples tied with net 74’s, viz., P. C. Harris and L. Hansen, G. G. HAREWOOD CLUB. Over the week-end a medal handicap (stroke) match was played concurrently with the first round of the competition for the captain’s trophy, played with iron clubs only.
