CARPENTERS’ DISPUTE HAS BEEN SETTLED.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 7. A complete agreement was reached at the Conciliation Council in the Dominion carpenters’ and joiners’ dispute. The parties withdrew their new claims and agreed to accept the existing award for a further two years.
