There was a large attendance in the Anglican Cathedral last evening, when Dr Bradshaw gave a request programme on the organ. The items included:—Prelude and Fugue in E flat major, ”St Anne” (Bach), Andante Espressivo, from the Organ Sonata in G (Elgar); ‘‘Still as the Night” (Bohm); ‘‘Piece Heroique ” (Cesar Franck) ; suite for full orchestra. ‘‘Peer Gynt” (Grieg); .Requiem Alternam (Harwood); Romance Sans Paroles (Joseph Bonnet) ; Serenade (Schubert); Introduction to the Third Act of ‘‘Lohengrin” (Wagner).
