STIRRING FILM AT LIBERTY THEATRE.

Thrills, romance and adventure j abound in “ The Country Beyond,” the film version of James Oliver Curwood’s I story, which heads the current programme at the Liberty Theatre. It is a delightful picture, cleverly played and admirably mounted. It at a fast pace and. it moves at a fast pace until the end. There is no flagging of interest. “The Fighting Stallion” is the title of the second feature on the programme. It is a charmipg story. It tell of an outlaw', king of all horses, that roams the wilds with an utter contempt for men. This film has been produced in a manner which cannot fail to appeal. Yakima Canutt, a. newcomer to the screen, appears in the principal role. He is a dashing hero with an extraordinary capacity to ride a horse, to dodge bullets, and perform all manner of hair-raising feats with a rope. The Liberty Concert Orchestra under the baton of Mr Ernest Jamieson, plays an enjpyable programme. i ‘ i !
