Last evening there was an interested audience at the Canterbury College, when Dr D. JL M’Leod spoke on “Celestial Photography,” illustrating | his enormous field with many enlightening and highly interesting views. Mr ! T. \Y. Rowe introduced the lecturer, J and at the conclusion expressed thanks 'on behalf of the audience. The slides I were thrown on the screen by Mr P. J W. Glover, who was also included in ] Mr Rowe’s vuU of thanks.
