Per Press Association. PALMERSTON NORTH, May 7 “He will have to be put where he cannot get into mischief. The best place for him is the Borstal Institute, where he will stay for a term of three years,” stated Mr Stout, S.M.. in Court this morning in sentencing Roy Stanley Sutton, aged seventeen and a half. He pleaded guilty to absconding from licensed service at Ashhurst and to assaulting a young girl.
