COURT WILL DECIDE COMPENSATION FOR BUS PROPRIETORS.
Formal notice has been given tQ the Tramway Board by the bus propietors of the appointment of an assessor to act on the Compensation Court, which will decide the amount of compensation to be given to the proprietors by the board when it takes over control of the services. The Court will have as it's president probably a judge of the Supreme Court, with whom one assessor from each side will be associated. The date of the sitting will be fixed by the Court Itself, after its personnel is made known.
