AMERICAN ATHLETES MAY YET PAY VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 24. The Athletic Association has not given up hope of yet obtaining a visit from some American athletes. It is considered that the prohibition by the American authorities will not be held to apply to New Zealand, as no fault has been found with the conduct of tours here, but on the other hand the} have been considered highly satisfactory.

Mr Krogness, New Zealand’s representative, is making further representations and hopes to have the decision reversed. It is known that Richardson is definitely available, and only another good man is wanted.
