JUBILEE HOME GETS BEQUEST OF £looo.
The Queen's Jubilee Memorial Home, Woolston. will benefit to the extent of nearly £IOOO by the will of the late Mrs Rosabel! Offoper, of Christchurch. The amount represents one-third of the residue of her estate, and the Finance Committee of the North Canterbury Hospital Board Anticipates that the residue, without making provision for duty, will amount probably to £2850. The late Mrs Cooper was the w’idow of the late Mr John Cooper, who at. one time owned the Phoenix Hotel, Papanui.
