EXPLOSION ON SHIP CAUSES GRIM TRAGEDY By Telegraph. —Press Assn.— Copyright. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received November 20, 11 a.m.) BALTIMORE, November 19. At least five men were killed and fifty injured to-day in an explosion at Sparrow’s Point, near Baltimore, on the dry-docked Norwegian tanker Mantilla, which sprayed flaming oil on workers in the vicinity. It was later determined that there were fifteen fatalities and seventy-five injured. Many of the workers were engulfed in the blazing hulk.
