UJimaroa was despatched from Wellington yesterday for Sydney, where she is due on Tuesday. Marama, from Auckland, arrived at Sydney on November 16, and was to leave on the return trip to Wellington yesterday. Maunganui is due at Auckland on November 23 from Sydney. Makura is due at San Francisco on Friday next from Sydney via WellingAorangi was expected ‘to sail from Sydney yesterday for Auckland, Suva, Honolulu and Vancouver. The N.Z. Shipping Company’s steamer Otaki is due here on Wednes- . day from Wellington. For the present voyage the vessel commenced loading at. Avonmoutli on September 6, and from there went to Glasgow and Liverpool, completing her cargo at the lastnamed port. Departure was taken for New Zealand on September 26, and. after a moderate weather passage across the Atlantic, the Otaki arrived at Newport News for bunkers. Owing to the large number of steamers waiting to take the coal berth, the vessel was ordered on to Norfolk, Virginia. Having replenished for bunkers, she resumed her voyage, arriving at Colon on October 17. Transit through the Panama Canal was obtained on the same day, and the voyage across the Pacific commenced. Generally fine weather prevailed on the. run to Auckland, nothing of an eventful nature occurring. Captain R. L. H. M’Nish Is in command of the vessel, and lias with him the following officers:—First, Mr T. Bisley; second, Mr M. Stewart; third! Mr C. Brown fourth, Mr G. Baldwin; -wireless operator, Mr F. The Canadian Government Line ad--1 vise that the steamer Canadian Scottish is due here on Tuesday, proceeding to Timaru and Dunedin, to complete discharge of her Canadian cargo and to commence loading for New York, Boston, and Halifax. She afterwards returns to Wellington, thence Napier and Auckland, to fill up, sailing finally from the last-mentioned port about December 7. The American steamer Dewey left Los Angeles on Friday last, November 12, with cargo for discharge at Auckland. Wellington and Australian ports. She is due at Auckland on December 8, and at Wellington a week later. The Swedish steel auxiliary vessel Margot, 391 tons gross, built at Svendborg in 1919, classed Bureau Veritas, oil engines (four-cylinder) 11 4-5 bv 16 1 l-20in stroke, dimensions 139 ft 3in by 29ft 7in by lift, and owned by Rederi A.B. Regulus (Mr J. H. Petterson), Helsingborg, has been sold to New Zealand buyers for about £SOOO. According to a wireless message received by the A. and A. Line, the master of the steamer Tregenna expected the vessel to reach Auckland yesterday or early this morning from New York. The Tregenna has cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Port Pirie, and is due at Wellington about November 26. The Shaw, Savill Company advises the following despatches from Home: The Oorinthic is to leave Southampton on December 3, with passengers and cargo for Wellington and Auckland. She is due at Wellington on January 10. The lonic will leave Southampton on December 31, with passengers and cargo for Auckland and Wellington. She. is due at Auckland on_February 7, and'at Wellington on February 14. The Pakeha is to sail from Liverpool on December 21, with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and

January 28, and at Wellington on February 4. The Maimoa is to leave Southampton on January 29, with cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on March S, and at Wellington on March Thallata, from South African ports, via Sydney', Bluff and Dunedin, is expected here on Wednesday. The New Zealand Shipping Company advise that the Trelisslck arrived at Montreal on November 15, and Is due to sail again on November 25 for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne an.d Sydney. Mernoo sailed from Colon on November 15, and for Auckland, where she is due on December 10. The vessel has Montreal cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Picton, Sydney and Brisbane. Breeze is due from Wellington tomorrow. She will load on Monday for Dunedin and Timaru. Totara arrived from Wellington yesterday morning, and after discharging sailed last evening for Timaru. She returns here on Sunday to load on Monday for Wellington and New Plymouth. Kurow is now expected here from the south on Tuesday to load for Wellington and Wanganui. Ruahine is expected here on Tuesday from Timaru, to load for London. The vessel Is expected to make her departure on Wednesday evening for Napier. Colac, which left Montreal on September 30 fgr Auckland, is due at that port to-day. Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin are the vessel’s other ports of discharge. Otaki, from Liverpool, is due here via Auckland and Wellington on Wednesday. Progress should return here to-mor-row from Timaru, to load for Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth and Waikato. Holmdale arrived from Timaru yesterday afternoon, and after loading, sailed last evening for Wellington and Wanganui. John arrived yesterday afternoon from Wellington.
