HERE’S AN AIR ROUTE THAT MIGHT SUIT.
BY SINBAD. I with enthusiasm cheer the latest Empire airship plan. It’s up to Gordon Coates, it's clear, to help the project all he can. A mighty liner of the air to New South Wales from Home will fly, and passengers in comfort bear with promptitude and safety high. And if we care to find the coin to buy for it a mooring mast, the airship too N.Z. will join to Aussie in a service fast. And so it’s up to Gordon Coates to stir himself and put on steam, but Sinbad personally votes in favour of a wider scheme. The airship in a future day, the favoured travel mode will be. Why not a route from U.S.A. through Honolulu and Fiji? If such a thing were now in hand, our beauty contest winner could to-morrow night leave Maoriland, and be next week in Hollywood.
