The Admiralty is optimistic that fter the Imperial Conference the Singpore scheme will proceed uninterruptlly. It is confident of the co-operation of ritain, Hongkong, Malaya, Australia id New Zealand. It is predicted that the total estimated £12.000,000 will be largely expended within two years, including graving docks, and a floating dock, the latter being the largest in the world. It will probably be towed in three section*.
