SPAIN TO RUN AIRSHIP ROUTE TO ARGENTINE.

The Ministry has approved of the creation of a company to conduct a weekly airship service to the Argentine from Seville where an air port will be created at a cost of £1,250.000. Three airships are to cost £BOO,OOO apiece, and carry forty passengers and forty of a crew with sixteen tons of baggage. The Government voted £20,000 and agreed to subsidise the service to a maximum of £240,000 annually for five years after which the air port becomes the Government’s property.
