TOP SCORE MADE BY BOWLEY AGAINST AUCKLAND ELEVEN.
(Special to the “ Star. ”) AUCKLAND. November 4 In making top score for King's College against a strong Auckland eleven yesterday, Bowley, the player-coach engaged by the Auckland Cricket Association, gave a glimpse of the form which made him one of Sussex mainstays for some years. Exceptional interest is being taken in the Y.M.C.A.’s debut in senior cricket on Saturday, owing to Bowlev’s services being as signed to the club.
