RICHMOND HILL GOLF CLUB
AXXU A L BAL L. The Richmond Hill Golf Club ball was held at Sumner last night. There was a large attendance. The committee responsible evolved a new scheme of decorations based upon cherry blossom
colours and ornamented with black owls in the light of the full moon. These proved most effective and wore used on curtains, light pendants, and on the large pink covers over the footlights on front of the stage. The stage was ornamented with a back-ground of green relieved with bunches of stream* rs. Palms and green pots were tastefully arranged about the ornamental footlighting and the front was most, attractively treated by means of a coloured pendant screen in arehavhv formation. The entrance was artistically decorated and carpeted in keeping with the main scheme. The ball™°Hm, ?' a '? roofr d in * canopy of pinkana black streamers suspended on a double gable formation.
