An Ashburton youth who is the proud owner and maker of a miniature cycle car, which stands three feet high, about four feet six inches in length, and rated at one horsepower and r. quarter, finds that hr is now required to ngister the vehicle and obtain a drivers license. Tn the build ing of the car. an old motor-cycle engine and a wooden frame of a bedstead were used
