At the Stadium Havilah Uren defeated Tenario Pelkey on points in twenty rounds. Uren fought a clean, fast fight, but Pelkey several times was warned by the referee for holding. Sal vino Jamito, 9st 111 b, defeated A. C. M Donald, lost 4Jb, on points over fifteen rounds under the auspices of the Wanganui Boxing Association, on Saturday.
