HIS LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, WITH A FURTHER PROHIBITION. At the Rangiora Magistrate’s Court this afternoon, before Mr H. A. Young, S.M..- Oliver James Ball, aged twentythree, for whom Mr E. Lb R. Smith appeared, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving a motor-car while intoxicated. He was fined £2O and costs and his driver's license was suspended till March 31. next, and he was prohibited from obtaining another license for six months thereafter. On a second charge of driving a mo-tor-car in a manner dangerous to the public, accused was convicted and ordered to pay costs.
