HAREWOOD CLUB.

This week-end a four-ball bogey handicap will be played. Players will arrange, partners and opponents, and post entries will be received from players not in the “ comprehensive.” A tie for a Junior stroke medal between J. A. Jewell and T\ Allison, and a tie for a Junior bogey medal between R. Malcolmson and. L. S. Ayres, will be played off this week-end.

CHRISTCHURCH LADIES’ CLUB.

The first qualifying round for the Godby Bowl match was played at the Shirley links yesterday. There was a very large number of entrants, and great interest was taken in the result. The following were the best cards handed
