LATE SOCIAL NEWS.
Miss E. C. Ellis has been appointed to the position of charge sister at the Upper Sanatorium, Cashmere. Miss E. M- Reid has been appointed dietitian at the Christchurch Hospital. Miss Reid in 1923 acquired the title of Associate, of Otago University in Home Science. In 1924 she went to the United States taking a Post Graduate course in Dietetics, and holds a certificate for having completed six months’ practical training in the Dietary Department of the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore. Later Miss Reid visited England and remained there for some months visiting several London Hospitals and CliniquesSister Gibbon, who has held the position of Sister in Charge at the Coronation Hospital for some time, has resigned. - • Thy vacancy, has .been filled by the appointment of Sister C M.
