SOUTH ISLAND M.P.’S AND M.L.C'S TO MEET ON WEDNESDAY.
WILL DISCUSS URGENT NEEDS. (Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, June 22. The South Island members, representative of both branches of the Legislature, will attend a point meetiing on Wednesday to consider the making of representations to the Government regarding the Lyt-telton-Wellington ferry service being maintained by the Mararoa, Lincoln College interests, the electoral representation of the South Island in Parliament and the development of scenic resorts.
