SMALL WAR WITH U.S. BRINGS 2000 NATIVES TO STARVATION LINE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Reuter’s Telegrams. (Received JuneJs, 11.20 a.m.) MANILA, June 4. One hundred and seventy Moros, including fourteen women, were killed and several wounded, and thirty-seven forts demolished, according to the final reports in connectidn with the constabulary operations in Lanao. Seven members of the constabulary were killed and twelve wounded in a total of ten engagements. More than two thousand Moros are reported to be facing famine and disease and an epidemic is feared.
