A strike must lie averted and Bauer, sen., capitulates. The big laughs come in. the second and third acts, but the first is an entertaining prelude to the good things which follow. Mr Harry Green, a fine character, actor, gives an excellent study •of Bauer, sen., while Mr Ilal Percy is satisfactory as Bauer, jun. Mr Edward de Tisne, as Kruger, the Lincoln of the industrial situation, does convincing work.
