Cabinet reorganisation, subject to the Emperor's sanction, will be as follows: Baron Inouye succeeds Mr ITitsugu Senkogu as Railway Minister, who resigns; Machiba replaces Mr Hay ami in the portfolio of Agriculture. Mr Hayama transfers to Finance, succeeding Mr Hamaguchi, who assumes the Home portfolio, which the Premier holds at present.
