The Budapest correspondent of "The Times” sa3-s: —Eluding armed patrols, thieves broke into Government offices and stole bundles of records connected with the notorious Hungarian Note forgeries. necessitating the postponement of the trial of Prince Windischgratz, and other prominent persons connected with the scandal.
