Leslie Kington had no license for a wireless receiving set, but he told Mr I-I, A. Young, S.M , this morning, that he had not used the apparatus for twelve months, as the concerts were not worth listening to. " How do you know they are not?" asked the Magistrate. “ 1 have seen it in the newspapers,” replied witness. Kington said that he was sixteen vears of age. lie had erected the set over a year ago, but had not taken the aerial down. lie was fined 7s costs.
