It was stated in the report of yesterday's Magistrate's Court proceedings that A. Hollobon and Son. Ltd., obtained judgment by default against W. D. B. Poninghouse. As a matter of fact, A. Hollobon obtained judgment against J. Keen and L. E. Keen for £22 17s 9d. W. B. D. Poninghouse has no account with Hollobon and Son.
