THE LATE MISS LUCY OVERTON.
- AX APPRECIATION. (Contributed..) Aliss Lucy Overton, who passed away at her residence, Fendalton, on Saturday was the third daughter of Mr Henry Overton. Although she had lieen in feebl«> health for some time past, her death Irom a. sudden attack of pneumonia came ns a shock to her friends. Owing to ;i frail body, her life was perforce a quiet one. but she i possessed in the highest degree the I qualities that do most to uplift humanitv, and her self-oblivion and love will long h t > remembered bv those who were fortunate in knowing her. They, however, feel that her strong spirit has indeed *‘ awakened from the dream of life.” Sympathy is greatly with her father, whose close companion and 1 comrade she 1 as especially been since the death of Airs Overton in 1913.
