COOKE—FLEMING. A wedding was solemnised recently at St Andrew’s Church, Oxford Terrace, when Isaliel. second daughter i>f Air and Afrs AI. Fleming, Prebbleton, was married to James Guy, second son of Air and Airs J. Cooke. Hornby. The Rev F. Robertson, of Lincoln, officiated. and Airs L. Doak (a friend of tho bride) presided at the organ. The bride, who was given awav by her father, were a charming frock of ivory crepe de chin© and radium lace, the bodice being slightly draped to one side and finished with a horse-shoe of pearls. The beautiful hand-embroider-ed veil fell from a coronet of radium lnco and pearls with tiny sprays of orange blossom each side. She carried J! choice bouquet of white flowers and fern. Aliss Nancy Fleming attended her sister ns bridesmaid. Her tulle veil was held in place by a half-circlet of orange blossom, and she carried a shower bouquet of white chrysanthemums and maiden-hair fern, with tulle and ribbon streamers. Aliss Alice AVilson attended her sister as bridesmaid, wearing a frock of dark peacock blue velvet, with loose sleeves of georgette to tone, and hat of beige velvet trimmed with varicoloured flowers. She carried a bouquet of pale pink chrysanthemums and maiden-hair fern, with tulle and ribbon streamers to match her frock. Aliss Sadie Quinn, of made a dainty little flower girl, wearing a frilled frock of apricot net over crepe dc chine, with a butterfly bow to match on her hair. She carried a tiny basket of apricot chrysanthemums and ribbon streamers. Air Ronald Alorris, brother of the bridegroom, attended as best man. The guests were afterAvards at the Winter Garden, where the reception was held by the bride’s parents. Subsequently the bride and bridegroom left for the south, the bride wearing a costume of grey- gaberdine, and blue liat with an ostrich feather mount.
