A message from Toronto states that tho General Council of the United Church of Canada instructed its execueive to register a formal protest with tho Secretary of State against the uso by any religious body of tho titles of any churches entering the United Church. Tho action is_ a direct challengt to tho dicision of those renuiining Presbyterians to call themselves the Presbyterian Church of Canada.
