Cooke moved that the fees l’or tuition at the school should bo iriudo Cl. as an amendment to- a motion bv Air E. H. Andrews that a portion of tbe Appointments Committee’s report, which suggested that the fees be £3 as usual, should be adopted. After a general discussion, the amendment was lost, and the report adopted.
