CONSPIRACY ALLEGED.
Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., February o. When the case against William Thomas Moulin, tablet porter of Waikanae, charged with indecently assaulting boys, was continued at the Supreme Court, counsel for the defence quoted railway records to show that on the date of the first charge accused was in Wellington on leave, and that on the occasion of the second charge accused was not on duty at the time. Therefore the alleged offence could not have taken place at the station without the knowledge and connivance of the official on duty. Counsel alleged that there was a conspiracy against the accused. The case is proceeding.
