An industrial dispute has been tiled by the New' ZeaJand Refrigerating Company regarding freezing works employees, and for the dispute it has cited the Canterbury Freezing "Works and Related Trades Union, and the various employers. The claims of the company are practically the same a. the provisions in the present award, which will expire this month. The di - pute will be heard by a Conciliation Council in Christchurch on July 22
