A RESERVED JUDGMENT. At the Magistrate’s Court this morning Mr H. Y. Widdowson, S.M. gave a reserved judgment in the case in which Malcolm Matliieson, a musterer and drover, claimed from R. Mundy, of Belfast, the sum of £65, the value of three dogs belonging to plaintiff, which were shot by defendant, and £sl 4s for loss of wages owing to the loss of the dogs preventing plaintiff from following bis occupation.
