LONDON. March 13. Mr H. Mallows, of Marshland Terrace, Primrose Hill. Wakefield, Yorkshire, who five weeks ago was a clerk in the West Riding Registry of Deeds, is expected to inherit about £BO,OOO as residuary legatee of his great-uncle, Mr Peter Russell, linen draper, of ’ 19, Queen’s Road, Manchester, whdfce will was proved yesterday. Mr Mallows is now carrying on his great-uncle’ls busiThe will was proved at £129,391. After making a number of legacies to institutions and relatives, Mr Russell bequeathed the residue of his estate to slr Mallows. Mr Mallows is abofft forty, and~ has a wife and four children. H© had been employed' at the "West Riding Registry of Deeds for about twenty-five years.
