GERMAN DISRUPTION.
AGGRESSIVE SEPARATISTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Reuter's Telegrams. (Received January 11, 11.55 a-.m.) LONDON, January 10. The assassination of Herr Heintn. presumably by Nationalists. draws fresh attention to the Separatists’ doings in the Palatinate, which subject is seriouslv occupying the attention of British official circles. The Separatist flag still flies over many town halls in other parts of occupied Germany, but apparently it is only in the Palatinate that the situation is anvthing like serious. A central Separatist administration lias been established under the title of the Government of the Autonomous Palatinate, while the Separatists are the de facto governing authority in every Palatinate town. The reported action of the Rhineland High Commission in accepting orders issued by the Separatist Palatinate administration is interpreted as practically an official recoernition.
