ITALIAN PREMIER’S SPEECH By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, December 20. The Rome correspondent of the “ Daily Telegraph ” says that Signor Mussolini, at a meeting of employers and workers, delivered a speech which is regarded as historic, from the viewpoint of Italian industry. The Premier declared that the nation must present a united front regarding Capital and Labour. The men must be j taken as they are and class warfare must be avoided. The meeting unanimously approved of the speech and decided to draw up a scheme for national, permanent co-oper-ation.
