TO CUT A CHILD’S FRINGE.
A fringe is generally very becoming to little girls, especially when it ha.= not been cut either too long or too thick. Before cutting the fringe, part the hair in the middle and allow it to hang evenly each side of the face. Then take a comb aud draw a small quantity of the hair to tho torehead from the middle parting. Then cut the hair to the level of the eyebrows, snipping the ends afterwards to make the fringe the correct length. When combing the child's hair, draw the fringe upwards several times before combing it flat on the forehead. This will give the hair a- pretty fluffy appearance.
