BEAUTY FROM SOUR MILK.

To milk that is too ; sour to use in tho kitchen add a few j drops of simple tincture of benzoin- ! six drops ut the tincture to a gill of 1 the. milk (this will scent it and remove j the sour smell!. Thoroughly stir the mixture and rub j it- well into the arms, neck, shoulders, j and hands. It will soften and whiten them, for sour milk lias a bleaching effect on the skin. This lotion may also be used for tho face and is very beneficial in the case of greasv skins, as the benzoin added to the milk gives it astringent properties.
